Featuring nine fully equipped labs with top-of-the-line furnishings and unique modular design, the total lab area spans 330 m². Flexible layouts allow seamless upscaling as your business grows. The labs are complemented by 100 m² of accessory rooms and 68 m² of storage, plus five offices totaling 180 m². Common areas—including a kitchen, seminar rooms, and a terrace—provide a collaborative and inspiring working environment.
