Marinomed Biotech AG announces result of conversion of convertible bonds

Vienna – 18 February 2019. Marinomed Biotech AG announces that by the end of the conversion period on 14 February 2019 (16:00 CET), conversion notices for nominal value of EUR 6.98 million of the 4% Bonds 2017-2021 with Conditional Conversion Rights, ISIN AT0000A1WD52 (equivalent to approximately 99.7% of the outstanding volume of the convertible bonds), have been submitted for conversion into new shares of Marinomed Biotech AG. Following the issuance of the new shares, the total number of shares will increase by 170,772 new shares to 1,430,772 (corresponding to an increase in share capital of around 13.6%). The free float rises to around 39% (assuming full exercise of the greenshoe option). The issuance and start of trading of the new shares from the convertible bonds are scheduled for 20 February 2019.
